Project OverviewΒΆ
Foxlogi is a logistics command tool for regiments playing Foxhole.
Foxhole wars run for weeks. A regiment's logistics team has to keep dozens of stockpiles alive, feed a moving frontline, keep large ships and bunkers from despawning, coordinate with allied regiments, and do all of it across shift changes and time zones β with a game that gives you almost no tooling for any of it.
Most regiments end up with the same improvised stack: a pinned Discord message of stockpile codes, a spreadsheet of timers someone forgot to update, screenshots of stockpile contents that were accurate six hours ago, and one exhausted logi officer who is the single point of failure for all of it.
Foxlogi replaces that stack.
The core ideaΒΆ
Foxlogi models your regiment's supply chain as a three-tier network of hubs on the live war map:
- Backline β seaports and storage depots far from the fighting. Refineries, Mass Production Factories, safe bulk storage.
- Midline β the staging depot. Where crates get assembled into loads for the front.
- Frontline β the depot that actually feeds the trenches, bunkers and tunnels.
You declare which real in-game locations play which role, and how they connect. Everything else follows from that.
The payoff is auto-propagation. Someone posts one request at the frontline β "keep Maiden's Veil stocked with this loadout". Foxlogi reads the actual contents of every stockpile in the chain and works backwards:
Frontline request βββΆ what's missing at the front
βββΆ transport it from midline (if midline has it)
βββΆ craft it at midline/backline (if nobody has it)
βββΆ refine the basic materials the crafting needs
βββΆ queue the MPF orders that are cheaper mass-produced
Every one of those becomes a task a member can claim, complete, and get credit for. Nobody has to hold the whole chain in their head.
Core featuresΒΆ
πΊοΈ Shared war mapΒΆ
Live Foxhole map data with your regiment's layer on top: depots, bunkers, timers, supply tunnels, facilities, intel and animated supply arcs showing where crates are supposed to flow. β War Map
π Logistics plannerΒΆ
The auto-propagation engine above, surfaced as a board of claimable tasks: transportation, crate production, refining, and MPF orders. β Logistics Planner
π¦ Stockpile managementΒΆ
Stockpile codes, contents, screening history, and rolled-up totals across any selection of depots. Contents come in by clipboard paste, CSV, or automatically via the Stockpiler desktop app. β Stockpiles
β±οΈ TimersΒΆ
One board for everything that decays: stockpiles (48 h), squad-locked assets β large ships, battle tanks, cranes, dry docks, stashes, mine fields β and supply tunnels (tracked by maintenance-supply burn rate rather than a clock). Sorted by urgency, refreshable in one click, shareable with allies. β Timers & Supply Tunnels
π― Frontline bunker supplyΒΆ
Pick a bunker, pick a cargo size, and Foxlogi tells you exactly which crates to take and which nearby depot β regiment-owned or public β to take them from. Then it walks the driver through pickup β delivery. β Bunker Supply
π ScoreboardΒΆ
Points for real logistics work β refining, crafting, hauling, refreshing, supplying the front. Deliberately top-10 only: it celebrates the people carrying the war effort without giving officers a per-member productivity dashboard to hold over everyone else. β Scoreboard
π€ Sharing between regimentsΒΆ
Almost everything β stockpiles, timers, tunnels, requests, bunkers, intel β can be shared with named allied regiments, with a whole coalition in one click, or made public within your faction. Faction isolation is enforced server-side: Warden data never reaches Colonials. β Sharing, Coalitions & Factions
π Discord notificationsΒΆ
The bot posts into your own server when stockpiles or squad timers drop under 9 hours, when a supply tunnel has under 36 hours of maintenance supplies left, and when request status changes β with role mentions, routed to per-topic notification groups. β Discord Bot
βοΈ Pilot journalΒΆ
Air-wing companion: log sorties, aircraft kills and losses, track score per airframe class across wars. β Pilot Journal
π₯οΈ Companion appsΒΆ
- Foxlogi Stockpiler β a tiny desktop app that watches Foxhole's save files and syncs stockpile contents automatically. No more screenshots.
- Foxlogi Overlay β a transparent in-game overlay that puts your logistics tasks, bunker supply runs and pilot missions on top of the game.
β Companion Apps
Both factions, all warsΒΆ
- Wardens and Colonials are both fully supported. Item lists, vehicle names, ship names and map icons follow your regiment's faction, and a regiment can request a faction change (moderated) between wars.
- Foxlogi tracks wars, not sessions. Templates, member history, pilot stats and score trends carry across wars; stockpiles, timers and requests reset with each new war automatically. Your supply-chain layout is something you rebuild each war for the new map β your loadouts and your people are not.
- The UI ships in 10 languages (English, Ukrainian, Polish, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, French, Turkish, Thai), and a regiment can set the default language new members get on first login.
Actively developedΒΆ
Foxlogi ships continuously β 52 releases and 180 logged changes at the time of writing, with an in-app changelog that badges unread entries. See the Roadmap for what's next: the facility layer, war economy management, and a logistics services marketplace between regiments.
